The Sharkey Academy is our management programme to address the skilled labour shortage in the market and to ensure that Sharkey operatives continue to deliver the highest standards of quality and service that our clients expect.

The Sharkey Apprenticeship Programme 2008 is now closed for applications.  However we will be accepting applications for the 2009 programme from January 2009 onwards.

Within the Academy there are two training programmes:

Currently employing 40 apprentices and looking to employ at least 15 new apprentices each year we are always looking for applications from individuals looking for a rewarding long term career.
